Who is Ms. Burns?
I am a graduate of Valdosta State University, where I earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Education from Valdosta State University. I have a Masters in Adult and Career Education from Argosy University and Masters in Business Administration from The Unsinkable Albany State University. Previously, I taught at Valdosta High School in Valdosta, Georgia for six years, and have been with Clayton County Public Schools since 2021.
I have one daughter, who also attends CCPS. When I'm not teaching, I love to craft, thrift, travel, and spend time with my family.
The courses that I teach include Legal Environment of Business and Entrepreneurship. In addition, I serve as the Work-Based Learning coordinator for Morrow High School and advisor for Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA). I am excited to teach the Mustang scholars at Morrow High School.
