TSgt Lennell R DeLoatch-Brewster
Aerospace Science Instructor
TSgt Lennell DeLoatch-Brewster entered active duty in 1996 and served as an 2S0X1 (Supply Manager) until 2009, when she was assign a Military Training leader to 342 TRS. She was also responsible for all aspect of Ceremonial Guardsman training for the Dover Air Force Base Honor Guard in 2006 and later was recruited into the USAF Honor Guard. While at Honor Guard, TSgt Brewster lead 399 funerals, 125 flag details for 58 counties, 4 states, covering 85K mile. TSgt Brewster was also assigned to the Pararesque organization as the Military Training leader, graduating 250+ Resquemen annually ensuring the transition from civilian to military life for over 1500 Active Duty, Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve non-prior service accessions annually resulted in the best Airmen for the program. TSgt Brewsters' final assignment was 38th RQS, Moody AFB, Valdosta Georgia; where she finally retired in 2016. While at Moody, she was proficient in directing teams of specialists and supporting implementation of inventory control improvement initiatives, aligning government services to meet organizational goals by performing management functions such as, planning, scheduling, organizing, and tracking processes, ensuring the feasibility of each project. Her keen ability to interpret end-user needs, manage technical staff to translate needs into solutions and coordinate efforts of internal and external technology resources to realize deliverables.
