In order to claim an account in Rapid Identity, go to
https://my.clayton.k12.ga.us/idp/AuthnEngine#/authn If this link does not work, type in myclayton and choose Clayton County Public Schools Portal.
Click on Claim My Account
Type in your name,
exactly as it is listed in Infinite Campus. If there is a hyphen or an apostrophe, be sure to include that. If Infinite Campus has misspelled your name, you will need to misspell it in exactly the same way.
The student ID number is the seven digit number
beginning with zero. (Do
not put in the lower case s, as this makes it your username.)
Choose a password that is at least 8 characters long and type it in twice. If you are reclaiming the account, you must change your password. (The password cannot be exactly the same one you had before, but you can make a minor change.)
Answer
only three of the challenge questions.
When you are finished, go back and make sure you can log in. Your username is: lower case s followed by your student ID number beginning with zero.

If you are having difficulty logging in after you have claimed your account, make sure your username has both the lower case s and the seven number ID,
beginning with zero. The two most common errors in logging in are not using the lower case s or not using the zero.
If your username is correct, look at the password to be sure you have typed it correctly.
If both your username and your password are correct, and you still cannot log in, try using a different browser. (For example, if you are using Chrome, try Explorer.)
If you still have problems, try resetting your password by clicking on Forgot My Password at the top right of the login page. Type in your username (lower case s followed by your student ID number beginning with zero), then answer the three challenge questions. This should allow you to change your password. It must be at least slightly different from your previous password.
